Login Issues

I haven't logged into my toon in a very long time, 2 years...maybe more. I'm over the requirements to not have my account deleted in a sweep so I know that's not a problem. Anyhow I just went to log in today and I definitely know I had the password right, and it said (roughly) "this account has not been logged onto for a long time and a password reset is necessary". I also know the email associated with my account which it prompted me to enter and upon doing so it said, "instructions sent". Nows the tricky part. That email is the one me and my ex used to both use and I don't necessarily not have the ability to access to it, I just really don't want to. Is there a way I can change the email linked to my usernames without having to do the password reset first? I was able to log in here just fine. Sorry if a little due diligence and research of my own could have led me to answer this myself but if so any help is dearly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
