I know I already +1'd this but it's such a good idea. It gives those who are restricted by market slot limits more freedom of trade, to specialise in their selling and it uses valuable island space as a resource. Older players understand that market is the true pvp - this invites a lot more player interaction and it could really add a brand new layer of strategy to item acquisition and competition that is missing with everything there is to see displayed in market right now, and it's 100% voluntary.

Not to mention that you can even avoid and disincentivize market flippers by choosing to only buy from known island suppliers. It also gives some much needed value to the carpentry skill, probably the least useful skill to pragmatic players. The whole vibe gels so well with the game's aesthetic and evolves the way players compete, interact and build reputation. I sincerely beg this be added, with whatever caveats be deemed necessary.

this seems like a good idea but is there a limit to how many things you can put up and what will it take to craft? :D :D

Thought... this item can't be placed inside gated areas of your island.

It could go across from ship.

The idea of having the stall across the ship dock is great. It could be constructed like an island upgrade in the carpentry build menu, and automatically placed on the sand near the entrance and/or the docks.

I cannot believe I've yet to not only +1 this idea, but plus a bajillion! This is always talked about in chat!

Perhaps two birds may be stoned with one rock in L.A., but this market may be able to help guilds and extra normal island stall market offers all at the same time! (ie: the border reference earlier)
