The Whisper Trials

Been a bit bored playing on here and thought up something out of the blue.
Figure it could be like a survival esque style minigame that could some day be looked into further.
Arena style but without using arena, similar to cathedral or towers mixed with dungs.
You go naked inside, no items in inventory, just yourself. The entrance could be placed IN a city to specify this ensure no one dies trying to get to it.

Every 10 rounds you get 3 pieces of temporary equipment that is randomly based on your combat stats.
You go 5 rounds with inventory disabled of the Undead wave to begin. mobs increase a bit in difficulty each time but of course level base it as this minigame could have as much added if you decide to look into it more so start out weaker tier.

Then you continue with each family style based upon stats until eventually all monsters in game are in it. Would take a while to work on, I know, but throwing it out there as a possibility some day for this game.
Of course, the factor of RNG is thrown into the mix because not always will you get something good.

After the minigame is over, you receive a random item in game based upon your level similar to an "all present" type of reward. The higher your level and floor you die on, the better chance at something more valuable.

Like the idea but would need some thought for people who don't do melee. Anyone who only does archery/magic only would have a severe disadvantage by having to start out naked and wouldn't gain much help if they get randomly given bronze gear every level because their acc/str/def are all 1 plus have no way to obtain spells/arrows.

1) New instance, not minigame, might even PQ type?
2) User(s) define their class before entering instance room.
4 chest are on the ground. warrior, magic, archer, hybrid.
3) players start without gear or with basic gear that they choose
If they can't use it( wrong class etc) it's players fault.
4) Player(s) have x amount of time to clear current floor. Success -> floor +1, fail - Instance is over.
* monsters are generated based on player(s) combat level.

5) after x amount of rooms, X items are rewarded based on selected class and completed levels(waves amount)

6) price is based on how many floors are cleared.
reward can be one of following list:
Mos/coins/ Tower chest(different based on levels range)

How about a slight remake? From an OLD OLD game.

Tower of whispering death!

1 - you go in naked. NO nothing
2 - ALL items are equipable. stats only count for hit % and damage. ALL items are temporary unless noted later.
3 - you are given 7 random items - a minimum of 4 food + 3 other things. Food items are in drops of 3-25 items per.
4 - all things stack in this tower.
5 - each floor has 40 mobs and at least 1 loot chest. you do not have to collect or kill anything to continue just hit the ladder - you just have to get to it. the floor is an entire map with obstacles - the map and mobs/obstacles are totally random. skilling is possible to create new items! no level minimum except for chance %. mine/forge, etc is allowed.
6 - all mobs are agro. all mobs and loot chests drop 100% random loot - food, weapons, armor, pets. mobs drop totally random loot and you have the choice of not accepting the drop if you are maxed inventory - inspect and choose to accept/drop something else
7 - SPECIAL drops are "rainbow" items - they are remembered for your next run and automatically added to your inventory unless consumed or destroyed. These drops are a 0.001% chance. "Rainbow" items are not usable in-game and are only remembered for this tower.
8 - progress is remembered (hi scores) by floor. "Rainbow" drops are only remembered on every 10th floor.
9 - tower is 200 floors with a present for beating the 200th floor of ?? - maybe 2 - 2x potions
10 - each floor is a collection of mobs around CL=floor * 5 or so.
11 - TEMPORARY levels are given! if you have arch equip and are a str pure you get temp arch stats. 1 XP out of every 100 is remembered for your next run.
12 - BAD NEWS! You can get a bow and spells as your starting equipment. you may not get the quiver/arrow or the pouch to use them.
11 - you always restart at level 1.

add a few things, but keep it impossible to complete

Sounds fun!
The temporary levels seem a bit weird though; if I go in there with my own stats, I would want any leveling I do to count outside of the tower.
