vision bug

The last two times I've been on the game was glitched to where I couldn't see things such as signs, chests, wells, campfires, etc. I can access them still but when it comes to the signs its quite hard to know where to get out because I can't see them which makes playing the game very hard for me. I have refreshed multiple times and I tried with and without mods neither worked please fix.
