-1 Captcha point *mods help please*

Hello, I am a new player and for the first time today, I got a -1 captcha point. I believe this to be partially in error since I went to use the rest room and came back and the captcha was up and I hit the "I'm not a robot button". Then, a bunch of the sign guessing images came up and the time ran out as I was doing them. Can I have this -1 point removed please? Thank you. I have attached a screenshot of it as I was doing it. To avoid captcha's please make sure to leave your character completely idle (not doing anything) when you go afk. Failure to input one in time is not grounds for any kind of a fix though. It will balance itself out with future correct captcha's.
